In last October’s post, “The Beginning of the End for MAGA,” I predicted a Grand Coalition between Republicans and Democrats would emerge in the wake of then-Speaker McCarthy’s leadership in passing a continuing resolution to fund the government — a move vehemently opposed by Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz and assorted other MAGA bomb-throwers.
